Carr Design & Construction Services LLC provides a sole source project manager with experience as an Architect, Contractor, and Owner’s Representative that is dedication to assist clients in achieving their goals and aspirations. Services are provided to support Clients in the successful completion of their new building construction and renovation project.
Services include, but are not limited to design procurement and management, budgeting, scheduling, value engineering, constructability reviews, permit support, bidding coordination, contract negotiation, construction oversight including change order review and negotiation, billing approval and assembly of billing into a monthly “draw” package, conducting regular construction progress meetings, coordinating commissioning services, project close out including punch list management, furniture procurement support, move-in support, and warranty inspections.
